Who We Are

Turning Crisis Into Stability

Outreach Care of Upper Bucks County was founded by volunteers at the Quakertown Food Pantry who recognized the need for emergency shelter in our community.

We are a faith-based, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit operating under the umbrella of Advocates for the Homeless of Upper Bucks (AHUB). Our organization welcomes men, women, and families in need of safe shelter and linkage to basic living resources.

We primarily help with temporary emergency shelter for homeless individuals and families in Upper Bucks County, connecting them to resources required to achieve self-sufficiency.

Our Mission

Making a Difference in the Lives of People Who Are Homeless

The mission of Outreach Care is to partner with the local Upper Bucks County community to offer temporary emergency shelter and resources to meet the daily living needs of those who are homeless in our area.

Throughout any given year, approximately 100 individuals and families known to Outreach Care are homeless in Upper Bucks County. While attempts are made to piece together resources, there is an overwhelming need for collaborative and coordinated strategies to intervene in the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
