Outreach Care provides compassionate emergency shelter and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the Quakertown area. Since 2012, we've been turning crisis into stability.
Outreach Care of Upper Bucks County was founded by volunteers at the Quakertown Food Pantry who recognized the need for emergency shelter in our community.
We are a faith-based, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit operating under the umbrella of Advocates for the Homeless of Upper Bucks (AHUB). Our organization welcomes men, women, and families in need of safe shelter and linkage to basic living resources.
We primarily help with temporary emergency shelter for homeless individuals and families in Upper Bucks County, connecting them to resources required to achieve self-sufficiency.

While attempts are made to piece together resources, there is an overwhelming need for collaborative and coordinated strategies to intervene in the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
